Access Bank’s country manager for Kenya and East Africa, managing director Samuel Addae Minta, exits the lender amidst the ongoing acquisition of the National Bank of Kenya (NBK) by Access Bank.
His departure comes during a critical period as the Nigerian bank awaits regulatory approvals from both the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to complete the Ksh 13.3 billion buyout deal.
