Eric Agolla, a pilot who was well known as the king of the skies across Africa, Asia, and Europe has been charged with fraud at a Nairobi Court.

Mr. Eric Agolla Lugalia has also been exposed by the local dailies and blogs on how he managed to defraud a foreigner of a multi-billion high price parcel of land in Karen.

Karen is a well and clean area that harbors most of the rich people in the East of the Kenyan Capital.

Our Nairobi-based reporter, Lethabon Bokang camped at the Nairobi Court and was able to get the court copies of how the deal was struck.

However, so far the case is not active on the digital Judiciary platform and details reveal the pilot admitted the crime offence and settled the matter amid other probes.

They withdrew the charges after he agreed to fraud charges and paid the money, he is now a free man but there are other pending probes of crime related to the same land,” said a court clerk at the Milimani law courts, Mr. Felix Kimani.

He appeared before Nairobi  Law courts Milimani Magistrate Muthoni Nzibe  And He Was Charged With Making A False Document To Defraud One Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd Of His Property. The land in question is a 1.970-hectare Parcel Located Along Bogani Road In Karen, According To Court Documents.
