Hon. Margaret Ndege Partners with Apex Eye Hospital for Subsidized Kakamega Clinic

Share

The residents of Navakholo and the wider Kakamega County are set to benefit from a vision-saving initiative led by Hon. Margaret Ndege, the incoming Woman Representative for Kakamega County.

In a strategic partnership with Apex Eye Hospital Mumias, this specialized clinic aims to bring professional eye care to the doorstep of the community at a highly subsidised rate.

Restoring Sight, Empowering Communities

The initiative, dubbed “Habari Njema” (Good News), is a direct response to the rising need for affordable specialized healthcare in the region.

By reducing the cost of a professional consultation to just KES 100/-, Hon. Margaret Ndege is ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of healthy vision for her constituents.

“Quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege. By partnering with experts like Apex Eye Hospital, we are taking a definitive step toward a healthier, more productive Kakamega,” says Hon. Margaret Ndege.

  • I will be attending this function to have my eyes checked and treated properly, so that come 2027, I don’t repeat the same mistakes I’ve made over the last 15 years voting for Wangwe. Navakholo Constituency, we must change the leadership — Wangwe must go in 2027! Our able Hon. Ndege, this is a big milestone. In fact, may God remember this moment!

  • This is actually a great step towards our people. Restoration of sight is like a new life . Hon Margaret Ndege is now considered to be the top ranking woman rep aspirant in Kakamega county. May God stand with her during this journey.
