Following the meeting that was held at State House, Nairobi, the two leaders had a thorough discussion on how to pact the new working coalition as we near the 2027 election period. This has forced Moi to pull out of the Baringo senatorial by-election race.

Elders from the Tugen community button-pressed the Head of State to consider Senator Moi for a ministerial office, a demand that might coerce President Ruto to drop the wife of the deceased Baringo Senator to pave the way for Hon Moi, as they hail from the same county.

Political analysts predict that Sen Moi will take up the task of dictating to the Kalenjin community as their spokesman when President Ruto hangs up his boots.
