The national championship concluded on Saturday, August 22, at Mwai Kibaki Hall, MKU, bringing together 16 of Kenya’s leading PUBG MOBILE esports teams.
RESCUE Esports finished at the top of the standings to claim the national title, with RUSH Esports taking second place and No Pressure completing the top three.

The victory marks a major achievement for RESCUE Esports, which emerged from a highly competitive field featuring some of the country’s strongest PUBG MOBILE players.
Beyond the national title, the tournament also opened the door for Kenya’s leading teams to compete on a larger African stage.
Kenyan teams advance to Africa regional final
RESCUE Esports, RUSH Esports and No Pressure will represent Kenya at the PMGO Africa Regional Final, where they will face top PUBG MOBILE teams from across the continent.
The regional competition comes with a US$14,000 prize pool, giving the Kenyan teams an opportunity to compete for regional honours while showcasing the country’s growing esports talent.
For the players, the qualification represents an important step toward professional esports and international competition.

Infinix supports Kenya’s esports scene
The PMNC Kenya 2026 was officially sponsored by Infinix, highlighting the growing relationship between smartphone technology and competitive gaming.
The tournament brought together professional players, gaming communities, fans and emerging talent, further demonstrating the development of Kenya’s esports ecosystem.
